HLTA - Part-Time Long-Term Role - Outskirts of Lincoln
 Location: Lincoln
 Pay: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
 Start Date: September 2026
 Contract: Part-Time, Long-Term (1 year contract)
 Hours: 8:30am - 12:30pm, 5 mornings per week

Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding part-time role within a supportive primary school environment? We are working with a welcoming school on the outskirts of Lincoln seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September. This role is for a period of 1 year with a possibility of renewal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking for consistent morning work, with the chance to make a impact across a variety of year groups while covering classes.

The Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Covering classes during teacher absence, PPA time, and meetings
Supporting pupils' learning, engagement, and classroom behaviour
Working closely with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
Confident delivering lessons across different year groups
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
