Academics are looking to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for one of our highly valued schools located in the Harborne area which starts September 2026.
The successful HLTA must be able to cover classes and small groups in EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You will ideally have the necessary qualifications and experience to teach an entire class as well as several year groups in a primary school. Assisting SEN pupils is also a crucial part of the role, this means you will also be expected to support small groups and 1-to-1s when needed.
Qualifications that we will consider for this role:
Teaching Assistant related (Level 2+)
University graduates (with relevant degree)
Childcare related (Level 2+)HLTA Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
Eligible to work in the UK
