Are you a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact in the classroom? Teach Now is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Camden. Your Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll be working closely with class teachers across Key Stage 1 and 2, leading small group interventions, supporting classroom learning, and delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence. Your experience and adaptability will be key in supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND and EAL.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to lead lessons independently
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• A warm, professional, and flexible attitude
• Previous experience working in a UK primary school
