The role
As HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading small group interventions and catch-up sessions
• Covering lessons in the absence of class teachers
• Supporting planning and delivery of engaging lessons
• Helping assess pupil progress and providing targeted support
• Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HLTA status or an experienced TA looking to progress into a more senior classroom role.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working across KS1 and KS2
• Confident in leading lessons and supporting diverse learners
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
