The Role: As a HLTA, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the absence of the class teacher. Lead small group interventions to support progress in literacy, numeracy, and other key subjects. Support and guide other TAs and contribute to planning where appropriate. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and leadership team to raise attainment. Provide pastoral and academic support to pupils, encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour. ✅ Ideal Candidate: HLTA qualification or equivalent (Level 4 or above) required Proven experience supporting learning across the primary phase. Confident in classroom management and leading whole-class teaching. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
