Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to step into a dynamic and fulfilling role? We are seeking a confident and committed HLTA to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Ealing as soon as possible. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential to make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
• Lead whole-class sessions and group interventions when required
• Support pupils’ progress, particularly in English and maths
• Assist with classroom preparation, assessment, and behaviour management
• Work with children of varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Requirements
• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Experience supporting across KS1 and KS2
• Confident delivering lessons and leading small groups
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
