Are you an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting learning in primary schools?
We are working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools across Tower Hamlets who are looking for confident HLTAs to join their teams.
The Role:
Leading small group interventions in literacy, numeracy and other core subjects.
Providing whole-class cover in the absence of the teacher.
Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.
Helping to create a positive, nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
About You:
Hold HLTA status or have significant relevant classroom experience.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum (EYFS-KS2).
Confident with behaviour management and supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Flexible, reliable and committed to making a real difference in children's education.
