A vibrant and high-achieving primary school in Woodbridge is on the lookout for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025.
Whether you're already a qualified HLTA, an experienced TA ready for more responsibility, or an aspiring teacher eager to grow, this role offers a fantastic platform to develop your career in education.
What You'll Be Doing:
Stepping into the classroom to deliver well-prepared lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2 (and occasionally Early Years)
Providing focused 1:1 support and leading small group interventions
Offering dependable class cover in the absence of teachers
Supporting learning, engagement, and progress in a fun, inclusive environment
Being a key part of a nurturing, collaborative staff teamWhat We're Looking For:
HLTA status, or strong experience delivering lessons in a primary setting
Confidence working with a variety of age groups and abilities
A flexible, proactive mindset and a positive approach to challenges
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
