Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: West Bromwich, B70 Birmingham
Pay Rate: £(Apply online only)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you a confident HLTA with a Level 4 qualification, ready to take the next step in your career? A vibrant primary school in West Bromwich is looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide PPA cover, lead intervention sessions, and support learning across EYFS to KS2.
This full-time, long-term role starts immediately and offers a great opportunity to work across different year groups while making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver planned lessons during teacher PPA time across the primary age range
Lead small group intervention sessions focused on raising attainment
Work closely with teaching staff to support learning outcomes
Support classroom routines and contribute to behaviour management
Provide high-quality feedback on pupil progressWe're Looking For Someone That Has:
A Level 4 HLTA qualification or QTS
Experience leading whole-class teaching in a primary setting
Confidence managing a classroom and adapting to different year groups
Flexible, strong organisation skills and commitment to pupil development Work with Long Term Futures?
