Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Prestwich. The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2
Leading small group interventions to boost pupil progress
Covering classes during teacher absence (PPA or short-term cover)
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Supporting children with additional needs to ensure access to the curriculum
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Be committed to promoting a positive learning environment and high standards of behaviour
Be flexible, proactive, and passionate about helping children succeed
