About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. You'll deliver engaging activities, provide targeted support for individuals or small groups, and confidently lead full classes when required.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation.

Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Degree or Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
✔ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✔ Confidence in leading lessons and supporting learning.
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
