* Must have strong primary school experience, ideally with HLTA status

The Role – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
We are seeking a confident and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming KS2 class while also providing cover across the school when required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering interventions, supporting learning, and confidently leading whole classes using pre-planned lessons. Your responsibilities will include supporting learning within a KS2 class and deliver interventions and small group work. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable. You must be reliable, proactive, and confident managing a full class independently.
