We are working with a range of fantastic Primary Schools across the Sheffield area who are looking for passionate and skilled HLTAs to join their teams. Please see below for more info -
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
Lead small group sessions and one-on-one interventions.
Assist in planning and preparing lessons and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. (ECT's are encouraged to apply to gain invaluable experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Whether you're an experienced HLTA or newly qualified, we have roles to match your skills and schedule.
Locations: Primary schools across Sheffield
Roles: Full-time, part-time, flexible day-to-day and long-term placements available
