Are you an experienced and compassionate HLTA with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing SEN school in Crosby, Liverpool.

About the Role:
Support the teaching and learning of students across a range of ages and needs
Plan and deliver small group and individual interventions under the guidance of the class teacher
Cover lessons when required and assist in classroom management
Support pupils with complex learning needs, social/emotional challenges, or disabilities
Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track pupil progressAbout You:
Hold HLTA status or Level 3 equivalent relevant qualification/experience
Experience working within a SEN or inclusive education setting
A nurturing, resilient, and flexible approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
