September 2025 Start – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Are you a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next role in Blackpool? Vision for Education is working on behalf of a welcoming primary school to appoint a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2025, with a July start available for the right candidate.
The Role
We are recruiting for an HLTA in Blackpool to work on an ongoing supply basis, with the potential to become a permanent position. The primary focus of the role will be delivering whole-class cover across Key Stage 2, particularly during teacher PPA time.
The successful candidate must be confident managing full classrooms and delivering pre-prepared lessons, with the ability to engage pupils in learning and maintain a positive classroom environment. A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent classroom management skills are essential for this role.
