Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time, Permanent
Milton Keynes
Salary: £31,067–£35,235 FTE
Hours: 35 per week, term time only
Start date: September 2025 – Permanent
The School and Role

You will lead small groups, cover lessons, contribute to planning, and support behaviour management. Requirements
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (or readiness to start within one year)
GCSEs in English & Maths (A*–C / 9–4)
Proven experience as a Learning Support or Teaching Assistant
Strong understanding of planning, delivering lessons, and managing pupil behaviour
Qualified HLTAs (or willingness to complete training)
