Key Responsibilities:
Support learning with enthusiasm, guiding small groups and stepping up to lead whole classes when needed.
Help plan and assess activities that spark curiosity and growth.
Work side-by-side with a fantastic team of TAs to run our much-loved holiday scheme.
Create a classroom that's safe, inclusive and full of joy.
Encourage positive behaviour and nurture pupils' well-being every single day.
What you need to succeed in this role:
HLTA qualified (or bring similar valuable experience).
Love working with children and have a proactive, can-do spirit.
Communicate easily and thrive in a team.
Bring experience in EYFS or primary settings - and a big smile.
Always keen to learn and grow.
