Salary: £110-£130 per day, dependent on experience
Smile Education is proud to be working on behalf of a wonderful and welcoming primary school in Bloxwich to recruit a strong and experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a full-time role starting this September.
The school is seeking a confident and adaptable HLTA to support learning across all year groups, from Early Years through to Year 6. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in a vibrant school community. This would be great for ECTs looking for experience across all year groups or experienced teachers looking for flexibility and no planning!
The HLTA Role:
Delivering planned lessons and learning activities
Supporting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Providing intervention support and classroom cover
Working closely with class teachers and support staffWho We’re Looking For:
Qualified HLTA with experience across the primary age range
Confident leading whole-class learning
Flexible, proactive, and committed to high standards
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
