HLTA Opportunity – Secondary School (South East London)
Daily Rate: £110–£120 | Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time Role
Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting students in a thriving secondary school setting? We’re working with a fantastic school in South East London that is seeking a confident, committed HLTA to join their team this September!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading small group interventions and catch-up sessions
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (SEND/SEMH)
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
Covering classes when required
Helping raise attainment across Key Stages 3 & 4
What We’re Looking For:
HLTA status or relevant experience in a similar role
Secondary school experience is essential
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A proactive and nurturing approach to learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
