Role Overview:
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, temp to perm
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons across multiple key stages
Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
Provide targeted one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help
Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
Contribute to lesson planning and classroom activities
Monitor pupil progress and give constructive feedback to promote growth
What We’re Looking For:
Previous HLTA experience or a similar educational support role (preferred)
A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach
