Higher Level Teaching Assistant East Kent
Academics in Canterbury are seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across East Kent, including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe.

What you'll do as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
Lead whole-class lessons and group interventions
Support teachers with planning and classroom management
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Work closely with staff to help every child achieve their best
What we're looking for:
Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant or equivalent experience
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence in leading lessons across KS1 and KS2
