Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School in Blackpool, Lancashire for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity beginning in January 2025.
We are seeking an ambitious and inspiring professional, that believes in transforming the lives and futures of the pupils. It is essential to ensure that every pupil, irrespective of background or level of ability, enjoys the support they need to achieve exceptional results.
The Secondary School have a clear ambition: a desire to deliver results as they combine their strong ethos and culture. The overall purpose of this role is to enable pupils to access the curriculum.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Delivering small group interventions
Assisting pupils 1-1
Taking a leading role in managing and delivering support to students
Developing methods to help pupils succeed
Building the confidence of students to engage and achieve
Identifying and developing suitable pathways for students experiencing difficulty in engaging with the curriculum
Senior leaders are dedicated to preserving and advancing the welfare of their students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
