Job Opportunity: HLTA – Early Years (Inclusion & SEND Focus) Through Teaching Personnel Overview Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a large and inclusive primary setting in the High Wycombe area to recruit a skilled and nurturing Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with additional needs in the Early Years. Key Information Contract Type: Fixed Term until August 2026 (starting September 2025) Working Pattern: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday (8:15am – 3:45pm with a 30-minute lunch break) Salary: Bucks Pay Range 3 – ISN 16 Actual Salary: approx. £22,000 per annum (£1,833 per month gross) Additional Days: 2 INSET days per year (claimed as overtime) Location: High Wycombe area (exact school details available upon application) Application Deadline: 9:00am, Monday 14th July Interview Date: Wednesday 16th July (Early applications encouraged as interviews may be arranged upon receipt) About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced SEN team to deliver a personalised curriculum to two children with additional needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage. The setting prioritises inclusion, creativity, and pupil wellbeing while maintaining high expectations for all.
