Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (Neuro)
Full time, Permanent
Up to £48,257 per annum
Located in Northamptonshire
We are working with a private specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service who are recruiting a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead individual and group therapy sessions to help service users develop and improve their speech, language, and communication skills.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with service users to encourage engagement, participation, and empowerment in their recovery journey.
Manage a designated caseload of neurological patients, completing assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes in line with individual care plans.
Demonstrate specialist skills in managing complex cases, including consideration of cultural and linguistic differences, and develop appropriate caseload management strategies.Requirements:
Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
Neuro experience is essential.
