Site Agent - Highways & Drainage| Weston-super-Mare

My client is recruiting for a Site Agent to deliver a highways scheme in North Somerset. They are a leading civil engineering organisation, delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
You will be responsible for:
·Leading the site team and ensuring values are lived and upheld daily.
·Managing the contract and agreed programme of works for the drainage package.
·Driving compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
·Promoting a strong health and safety culture - ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day.
·Guiding and mentoring site teams on best practice and value-driven processes.
·Overseeing the financial performance of the project in close collaboration with the commercial team.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
·Strong highways, CDM, and engineering knowledge with proven experience in drainage or similar civil engineering disciplines.
·Previous experience with tier one contractors on highways or infrastructure projects, ideally including slab and kerb laying, town centre works, or junction improvements.
·SMSTS certification.
·Good IT skills and working knowledge of NEC/ICE contracts.
·Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
