Highway Supervisor
Bracknell
Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
£41,000 - £47,000 +Overtime (Dependant on experience)
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our Highway Maintenance clients. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and service. The role is based near Bracknell and comes with a salary up to £47,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities Highways Supervisor
Lead and manage a team of operatives performing routine highway maintenance
Oversee the delivery of the Winter Gritting Service
Plan and schedule maintenance works efficiently
Coordinate the procurement of materials and plant equipment
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota
Collaborate with fellow supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery for local authority clients
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as requiredRequirements for Highways Supervisor
Previous experience in local authority highway works is desirable but not essential
Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
Relevant Traffic Management qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
