Marble Talent Group are working with a leading plant hire company in Addlestone who are looking for a Hire Desk Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the plant hire industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and allocating jobs to ensure smooth daily operations
* Communicating with suppliers and building strong relationships
* Preparing management reports and providing accurate updates
* Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring all documentation is correct
Personal Requirements:
* Previous experience in the plant hire industry
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
* IT confident - working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary - £28k - £35k based on experience.
