Job Description
We’re looking for a Hire Desk Controller to join a market leading supplier at their site in Wyboston, Bedfordshire.
In this role you’ll be working in a busy and supportive team, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery.

What will you be doing as a Hire Desk Controller?
* Handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries and orders from customers
* Ensuring the accuracy of all paperwork, including hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, and stock transfers
* Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of equipment required for hire
* Organising drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment
* Adhering to company Health & Safety policies to ensure safe working practices
* Maximising consumable sales opportunities at every interaction
* Meeting deadlines for the accurate reporting of information
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with InspHire software (or similar)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A full driving licence due to the location of the role
