Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant hire depot.
Effectively managing the finances and operations behind the scenes
Collaborating closely with the service team to maintain all machinery to the highest standards.
Leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and setting the benchmark for the team.
Coordinating the seamless delivery and collection of equipment, ensuring smooth internal operations.
Working with the senior management team to drive operational success in Horsham and support our client's growth.
What you'll bring to the table:
Previous experience as a Plant Hire Manager in a plant or agricultural machinery hire business (similar industries can also be considered).
A proven track record for successfully managing a plant hire operation.
Demonstrable experience managing teams, ensuring efficient depot operations.
