Key Responsibilities:
Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Create dynamic and inclusive lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking
Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations
Contribute to a positive and high-achieving departmental ethos
Support enrichment opportunities such as trips, clubs, and themed projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching History in a UK secondary school
Be passionate about making history relevant and exciting for all learners
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration
