Head of Humanities Location: Kensington & Chelsea A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational Head of Humanities to lead a high-achieving faculty at a progressive secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to drive academic excellence, foster a culture of critical inquiry, and ensure outstanding progress for all students across History, Geography, and Religious Education. The Role The Head of Humanities will: * Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Humanities faculty. * Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5. * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled Humanities teachers. * Manage departmental resources and budget effectively. * Promote cross-curricular links and foster a global perspective.
