Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated History Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in Spilsby Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher, we welcome your application to make a lasting impact on students' academic journeys.
Responsibilities of the History Teacher:
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5, if applicable).
Create a classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and critical thinking.
Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of all students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement.
Requirements for the History Teacher:
A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
A degree in History or a related field.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for History.
Proven ability to raise student achievement and deliver engaging lessons.
ECTs are welcome and will receive full support and mentorship.
Please keep in mind that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
