R9 Recruitment are hiring 3 x Subcontractor Plumbers / HIU Engineers Required
Location: Southwark area
Sector: Social Housing
R9 Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected heating contractor to source three experienced Plumbers/HIU Engineers for work within occupied social housing properties across Southwark.
Role Details:
* Start Date: Immediate
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
* Call-Out Rota: 1 in every 8 weeks
* Pay Rate: £20 per hour (8.5 hours paid daily)
* Package: Van and fuel card provided
Duties include:
* Replacement and installation of radiators, cylinders, 2-port and 3-port valves
* Servicing and repairing HIUs (Heat Interface Units)
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years’ plumbing experience
* Proven HIU servicing and repair experience
* Unvented qualification preferred but not essential
* Clean DBS
