Do you love working with children? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact every single day? Vision for Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Plymouth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading small group sessions and whole-class lessons
Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with primary-aged children
Confidence supporting pupils with SEND
A team player with a caring, proactive attitude
Someone who’s passionate about helping children thrive
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
