Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
 Location: Secondary Schools across Lewisham
 Contract: Full-time | 5 days per week

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work full-time across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lewisham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed HLTA who is keen to make a meaningful impact on students' learning while developing their own career within education. Our partner schools are welcoming, well-resourced, and place strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional growth.

The Role:
 As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Supporting students across a range of abilities, including SEN and EAL learners

Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Contributing to students' academic progress and personal development

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level

Experience working in secondary school settings

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach

A genuine commitment to inclusive education and student success
