Tradewind Recruitment are working with an all-through SEN school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking an experienced HLTA or Cover Supervisor to support across Key Stages 2-5.
This is a varied role supporting class teachers, leading small groups, and covering lessons in their absence. The students have a range of additional needs including Autism, MLD and complex communication needs.
Requirements:
HLTA status or equivalent classroom experience
Confident managing classes and supporting diverse learning needs
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
