Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Secondary Schools - Lewisham
Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Start
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join supportive mainstream secondary schools across Lewisham. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who are passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
As an HLTA, you'll play an essential role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and key stages. You may lead small group interventions, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and assist in planning and assessment alongside classroom teachers.
We're looking for:
Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
