Are you an experienced teaching assistant or cover supervisor who's looking for a new opportunity where no two days are the same?

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi academy trust primary school in Northampton who are looking for a HLTA to join their SEN provision for the new year! 

***HLTA - Northampton, Northamptonshire

***Up to £120 per day PAYE (DOE)

***Interviewing this week for a January 2026 start

***Ongoing support and development available

***Free access to the National College for CPD training through Tradewind

About you - HLTA - Northampton, Northamptonshire

Relevant qualifications are beneficial
Must have previous cover / HLTA experience
Previous SEN experience is essential
Available Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30
Ability to engage and support students with additional needs
