Key Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to support individual and small groups of children
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Passion for supporting students' learning and development
A proactive, flexible approach to your work
Role Overview:
In this full-time HLTA role, you will be working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support to students.
