Can you confidently lead lessons and interventions, and support teachers in behaviour management and planning?

The Role – HLTA
As a HLTA, you will be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils with SEMH needs in both small group and 1:1 settings. You will be expected to lead lessons when required, support with planning and differentiation, and play a key role in behaviour regulation strategies. The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive, and confident managing challenging behaviour.
The School – SEMH School
This SEMH school is based in Greenwich and caters to students aged 11–16 who have been diagnosed with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs. The school offers a highly supportive team and training opportunities to help you thrive in your role.
