Location: Kensal Rise, Brent, North West London
Salary: £120 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Are you an experienced HLTA or confident cover supervisor looking for your next challenge?
A vibrant primary school in Kensal Rise, Brent is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to cover PPA time across all key stages. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong classroom presence, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs of pupils
Support learning and progress across different subjects
Work closely with class teachers and senior leaders
Requirements
To be successful in this HLTA role, you will have:
A HLTA qualification or recognised teaching qualification (desirable)
OR significant experience confidently covering classes in a primary setting
Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
Excellent behaviour management skills
A proactive, flexible and professional approach
