THE ROLE – HLTA
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting a Year 3 class, focusing on nurturing social and academic development. While your main focus will be on Year 3, you will also be expected to cover classes across Key Stage 2 when needed. The ideal candidate will be calm, proactive, and confident delivering engaging, structured activities under the guidance of class teachers and SLT.
