HLTA - Three Rivers- Education and Training

*** HLTA Role in Three Rivers, Hertfordshire ***

You will:
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students across the school.
Assist in delivering high-quality lessons.
Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Support students for whom English may be an additional language.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students.
Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time.The ideal candidate for the HLTA position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience of supporting learning across Key Stage 3 and 4
A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Passion for Education
Excellent communication skills
Team Player
Flexibility: Willingness to embrace all aspects of school life and actively contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
A 'can-do' approach, positive outlookThe successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a school that is committed to providing high-quality education for all pupils.
