Start Date: September 2025
We are looking for a flexible and experienced HLTA to join a friendly school team for the start of the new academic year in September 2025. This is a temporary role to support classroom cover during the first few weeks of term, with the potential for extension.
The successful candidate will work primarily across KS1 & KS2, providing a mix of small group work and general classroom support, as well as HLTA cover for teacher release time/PPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to pupils and teachers across Key Stages.
Deliver planned lessons and activities during teacher PPA time.
Offer 1:1 or small group support as needed.
Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.Requirements:
HLTA experience or qualification (desirable).
Confident in leading learning activities and covering classes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible, proactive, and reliable.
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
