Job Description
Uniform Educationare recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a specialist provision in Redhill supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and associated learning difficulties. The setting provides small class sizes, a nurturing environment, and a strong focus on helping every learner achieve their potential.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead small group sessions and deliver planned learning activities.

Support students across the curriculum, adapting resources to meet individual needs.

Provide guidance and mentoring to Teaching Assistants.
*
Contribute to the planning and assessment of student progress.
Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
*
Strong classroom management and leadership skills.

Confident in delivering learning and supporting differentiated needs.
