Pay Scale: £89.00-£100.00 per day
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge? Do you want to make a real impact on pupils' learning in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Wantage as soon as possible.
As a HLTA, you will:
Support the class teacher by leading small groups and 1:1 intervention
Provide lesson cover when required and assist with planning and delivery
Work with pupils across different abilities, including those with additional needs
Play an active role in the wider life of the schoolThe ideal HLTA will have classroom experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
