🏫 About the Role
We're recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive primary schools in Birmingham.
As an HLTA, you'll:
Lead full class lessons in teacher absence (planned or emergency cover)
Support pupils in small groups or 1:1 interventions
Deliver pre-set lessons with confidence across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Contribute to behaviour management and pupil progress tracking
Play a vital role in day-to-day classroom success
✅ What You'll Need
A recognised HLTA qualification (Level 4+)
A minimum of 6-12 months UK primary experience
A confident and professional approach to leading a classroom
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
