Salary: £115-£130 per day
A thriving and well-resourced three-form entry primary school in Brent is seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This Ofsted-rated "Good" school is known for its modern facilities, strong leadership, and inclusive community. The role will see you providing cover across the school, delivering planned lessons, and supporting children of varying needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking to further their career in a vibrant and forward-thinking school.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS-KS2 when teachers are absent
Running small group interventions for Maths and English
Supporting students with EHCPs alongside the SENCO
Contributing to school life, including staff meetings and training sessions
The ideal candidate will:
Hold HLTA status or be working towards it
Have recent UK classroom experience
Be confident managing a full class
Have a flexible, team-player attitude
Be passionate about inclusive education
