Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Kirklees & Wakefield
Location: Kirklees or Wakefield
Salary: £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible supply – full-time and part-time available
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

What we’re looking for:
âœ”ï¸ Experienced HLTAs with a genuine passion for education
âœ”ï¸ Confident in delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
âœ”ï¸ Able to support learners across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
âœ”ï¸ Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running
âœ”ï¸ Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications
âœ”ï¸ A warm and caring attitude that fits with Milk's values
