Remote HNW Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Central London Clients
Location: Remote (with 1–2 office visits per week in Central London)
Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 basic (including car allowance) + financial guarantees up to £1,000/month for 6 months + pension + Death in Service
OTE: £75,000 – £95,000+ per year (uncapped commission, 10%–25%)

This role focuses on advising a sophisticated portfolio of clients, including:
* Affluent UK Residents: Professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners investing in prime London property.
* Overseas Investors: International buyers from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America seeking tailored UK mortgage solutions.
* Existing Owners & Portfolio Clients: HNW individuals refinancing or expanding their London property portfolios.
* Exclusive Introductions: All leads come from the estate agency’s premium client base, ensuring consistent business flow.
The Role – HNW Mortgage Advisor
As a Remote HNW Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will:
* Build strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their financial objectives.
* Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to complex circumstances.
* Manage a personal diary and prioritise calls and virtual meetings.
* Navigate specialist lending for overseas and HNW clients.
* Work closely with the estate agency introducers to ensure smooth, timely completions.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a motivated, professional individual who is confident advising affluent clients:
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential.
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
* Background in advising HNW or overseas clients is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and protection products.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-disciplined with the ability to work remotely.
* Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence.
